YOGA

FLOWGA (Vinyasa Flow): Swifter & dynamic flow. Usually grounded by a creative Ashtanga Sun A, Sun B series.

SLOW FLOW: Slower paced, flow class. Has a bit more grounding elements and may hold postures longer.

GROUNDED: More rooted class, holding postures longer while learning proper adjustments for each posture.

YIN: Relaxing, surrendering into each posture. Holding for more than 4mins at a time.

MOON: Combining my two favorites, yoga + dance. Creating a yoga flow/sequence to a song. Optional sharing at the end of 4 weeks.

FITNESS

MOVEMENT©: Series of dynamic movements that help strengthen and keep the body moving. Inspired by aerobics, weight lifting, pilates, and yoga. This class is a signature UBloom Movement Method.

PILATES: Work on concentration of strengthening the core using precision, control, and breath.

SALSA: Dancing to Salsa Mambo On2.

LINE DANCING: Dancing to mainstream Line Dances and learning new dance moves to add to the repertoire.

STRENGTH & BALANCE: Work on Strengthening and toning the body while building strength in balance and weight lifting. Resistance bands, weights, and body weight will be used.
